Trial-lot MOQ starts at 50 kg for polyelectrolytes and 100 kg for coagulants and COD/BOD reducers. Bulk supply typically starts at 500 kg per SKU. We accommodate lower MOQs on approved trial programs — share your ETP flow rate and target parameters and we'll advise.
Are COA and TDS provided with every ETP chemical shipment?+
Yes. Every batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis and Technical Data Sheet covering active content, ionic charge (for polyelectrolytes), density, and application dosage range. Retention samples are held for 12 months.
Which ports and Incoterms do you ship wastewater chemicals on?+
Ex-works Ahmedabad, or FOB / CIF / CFR from Mundra, Pipavav and Nhava Sheva. LCL and FCL are both available. Bulk liquid orders can move in ISO tank containers on request.
